IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19

 
We are committed to adopting and monitoring improved health standards for our staff and customers. 
Please read our detailed plan to keep you safe and continue to provide the best in service.
 
 
In these uncertain times, we thought it important to let you know how we’re adapting and how we can help with your property management needs.

First and foremost, we understand the need to uphold the highest standards in health and hygiene at all times. In response to COVID-19, we are committed to monitoring and adopting improved health standards for our staff and customers. 
 
Here are some examples of what steps we’ve taken to meet your and community expectations:

Staff are not permitted to attend work if they are feeling unwell.
 
We ask that if customers are unwell that they do not attend open house inspections and existing tenants advise if they are unwell prior to any property inspections.
 
Our staff practice personal distancing and washing of hands regularly as recommended by Federal health authorities.
 
At open home inspections we ensure all entry doors are open to reduce physical touching at the properties. Our Property Managers ensure social distancing is followed as per state guidelines and hand sanitiser is available for customers to use prior to entry and exiting a property.
 
Our customer reception area including meeting rooms are cleaned and sanitised daily. Reception seating will have limited capacity with safe boundaries.  Customers are asked to fill in our visitor log for contact tracing purposes.
 
The entire business facility is cleaned by skilled contractors , with our reception areas and meeting rooms etc disinfected three times a day.
 
On arrival and departure to the office, customers have the opportunity to freely use available hand cleansers.
 
Above all else we’re open for business and intend to continue to provide the best in service.
